Welcome to PlatePerfect AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered visual generation platform.
PlatePerfect AI operates on a digital credit model:
The quality of AI-generated results depends heavily on the source material provided by the user. PlatePerfect AI does not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. While our prompts are engineered for high-fidelity results, factors such as lighting, focus, and composition of the original photo will impact the final "Edit."
Due to the immediate computational costs of AI rendering and the digital nature of prompt "unlocks," all spent coins are final and non-refundable. For unused, full credit packs, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Generated Images: You retain full commercial rights to images generated and
downloaded through our platform.
Prompt Content: Upon "Unlocking," you are granted a non-exclusive license to use
the prompt text.
Reselling or redistributing PlatePerfect AI "Master Prompts" as a standalone library is strictly
prohibited.
You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, offensive, or trademark-infringing material. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these safety guidelines.

By uploading a photo to PlatePerfect AI, you confirm that you own the image or hold the necessary rights to use it. You grant PlatePerfect AI a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not store, use, or share your uploaded photos beyond the immediate generation request.
We are not responsible for any third-party intellectual property rights embodied in images you choose to upload. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your uploads are lawful.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service. Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. PlatePerfect AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice or refund of unused coins.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
PlatePerfect AI collects only the data necessary to operate the service: your Google account email, display name, profile photo, coin balance, and the list of prompts you have unlocked. This data is stored securely in Google Firebase and is never sold to third parties.
Uploaded photos are transmitted directly to our AI rendering pipeline and are not retained after your generation request is complete. Generated output images are hosted temporarily by our rendering provider and are made available for download for a limited period.
By using the service you consent to this data processing. For deletion requests or privacy inquiries, contact us at the address in Section 10.
PlatePerfect AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall PlatePerfect AI, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or unsatisfactory AI output — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PlatePerfect AI in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team.
